ICON® EVs (Manufacturer) warrants each ICON® EV branded golf cart sold by ICON® EV or any of its authorized dealers or distributors—worldwide, to be free of defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale. Within the warranty time frame, subject to the issues listed below, ICON® EV will repair or replace the golf cart and/or parts of the golf cart if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship. ICON® Electric Vehicles believes in and values quality manufacturing.

3-YEARS ROYAL-EV

MANUFACTURER limited WARRANTY

ROYAL® (Manufacturer) warrants each ROYAL® branded golf cart sold by ROYAL® or any of its authorized dealers or distributors—worldwide, to be free of defects for a period of 3 years from the date of sale. Within the warranty time frame, subject to the issues listed below, ROYAL® will repair or replace the golf cart and/or parts of the golf cart if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship. ROYAL® Electric Vehicles believes in and values quality manufacturing.

4-YEAR ALUMINUM/3-YEAR E-COATED STEEL 

SIERRA-EV MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

Sierra LSV hereby warrants to the Original Purchaser, as those terms are defined herein, and subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions in this limited warranty, that its new vehicle or new component purchased from Sierra LSV or an Authorized Dealer or Distributor shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods stated below, subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions in this limited warranty.

This limited warranty covers material, workmanship and repair labor cost as to those items specifically listed below for the periods specified. Such repair labor shall be performed only by Sierra LSV, its Authorized Dealers or Distributors, or a service agency approved by Sierra LSV. For repairs made by qualified technicians other than Sierra LSV’s factory technicians or an Authorized Dealer or Distributor, Sierra LSV will provide only the replacement parts or components.

IF THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM IS NOT COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO SIERRA LSV AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL SALE, PURCHASER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF DATE OF PURCHASE WITH ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.

 

IMPORTANT: *Voided Warranty: Any damage due to misuse, negligence, acts of God, collisions, improperly installed accessories, unauthorized speed, increasing above 25 mph, and transport damage are not covered.​
